Sharon Paints and Chemical Company Nigeria Limited was incorporated and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission Abuja in 1984 and commenced business the same year.
The company started business within the interior Umuoka Village Road in Udi with a Staff of 5 as a Small Scale Industry. With virtually little or no working capital, the company manually processed and produced paint for the Nigerian Market. The company which had little chance of success because of the raw material crunch witnessed at the time miraculously grew, thanks to the hand of the Almighty God that was upon our amiable and hardworking Managing Director Mr. Osita Nduka and the Executive Director at the time, Barrister Josiah Rapuluchuks Nduka.
It was the foresight of these gentlemen and their business acumen that piloted the putting together of the crop of management team that we have.
The intellectual prowess of the team and their ability to manage the lean resources available to them saw the re-engineering, restructuring of production processes and repositioning of the company which brought about a timely turn around leading to the building of an ultra-modern Paint Factory at 9th Mile Corner, which serves as its headquarters.

Packaged in 4 litre and 20 litre containers. They are of Superior Quality and have good tinting properties, weather stability and abrasion resistance that are above standard.
Are of export quality. They meet European standard and are guaranteed for their excellent degree of coverage, weather resistance, durability and colour stability. They are packaged in 4 litre, 10 litre and 20 litre containers.
Is a high quality paint with very high spreading rate and stability in colour. It has good weather resistance and is packaged in 20 litre plastic container.
Is an extra quality textured paint with carefully selected pigments to give it an excellent property which is very durable for our climatic condition. The product has a powerful spreading rate and the colour stability is assured. It is packaged in 20 litre container.
Packed in 1 litre container. The product has a fast drying, excellent finish quality, good colour retention, durability and water resistance.
Our strategic goal is to manufacture quality products of international standard locally and to practicalize our Christian Faith in the process.
The Goal of the founding Fathers of the Company was to produce quality products of international standard locally. This informed the cliché – “THE WORLD PACE SETTERS IN PAINT MAKING”. The vision for the Company was for chemical products of wider range; not just paints.
